How does the booking process work?
Send your journey details through the booking form. We check availability and reply by email with the best available price. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
Is the quote free and without obligation?
Completely. Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Our team reviews requests around the clock and most quotes are answered within a few hours. Travelling within 24 hours? WhatsApp us for the fastest response.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor every arriving flight and adjust your pickup automatically. Early or late, your chauffeur will be there, at no extra cost.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a name board with your chosen name. You also receive the driver's details before travel.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle class lists its capacity on the Fleet page. Tell us your bag count, including odd-sized items, and we'll match the right vehicle.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are fitted on request. Mention the children's ages in your booking notes.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes, from 2 hours to a full day. Your driver stays on standby for as long as you need.
Do you offer transfers between cities?
Yes. Long-distance, door-to-door journeys across the UK, France and Italy are one of our specialities, priced as a fixed quote for the whole vehicle.
How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment methods and timing are set out clearly in your quote. The confirmed price is final. No hidden charges, no surge pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are always stated in your quote before you confirm. Plans change, so tell us as early as you can and we'll try to accommodate.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. All journeys are carried out by licensed professional chauffeurs in fully insured vehicles.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Enter the passenger's name for the name board and your own contact details as the booker, and explain the arrangement in the notes.
